For parents

Made to be safe and simple

No selling to kids. Nothing on the show asks children to buy, sign up or comment.

Never their full name. On air it's first name, last initial and state or region. No photos, cities or ages.

Deleted after the holidays. Children's details are erased by January 31, and never used to train anything.

Full-refund guarantee. If we miss your child or say their name wrong, we fix it or refund you in full.

The Christmas Spirit Meter is money-proof. Santa's sleigh runs on kindness from kids everywhere. The meter on the newsroom wall rises for every child watching, never for purchases.

Questions

Good to know

Is the show really free?

Yes. A new 8–10 minute episode premieres every night from December 1 to 24 at 7 p.m. Eastern on YouTube, and stays up to rewatch.

Is it live?

Each night's episode is assembled that day with that night's names, then premieres at 7 p.m. Eastern. Your child's name is in the broadcast on the date you chose, and we text you a 10-minute window.

What if the name is mispronounced?

You preview the pronunciation at checkout. If anything still slips through, we fix it or refund you, your choice.

What if we miss it?

Right after it airs we send a direct link to their exact moment, to watch whenever you like.

Can I change my night?

Yes, any time before 3 p.m. Eastern on the day of your booking. Full refund any time before it airs.

Can families outside the US join?

Yes. We read your state, province or country.

Does buying a mention help the Spirit Meter?

No. The meter runs on kindness from every child watching, whether or not their name is read. A name on the List is a celebration, never fuel.

How is it made?

Nice List Live is made by a small studio using AI animation tools, with stories written and directed by people. Every script, every Nice List and every Santa message is written and checked by us before it airs.
